Holiday-holic!!!!

Hi every body!

I won’t be writing any article starting from tomorrow until the new year. This will be the longest holiday I ever take, and probably the most tiring too.

My first destination is Kuala Lumpur - for the Lords of The Ring marathon movie. Then Singapore before going to Riau, Indonesia.

Hopefully, I would still be the SAME person when I get back to Malaysia before this end of the year.

I love this survivor 7 that ended yesterday! YES! YES! Sandra won! She won.. and it was sooooo unbelievable! I mean this "crazy old scout master" Lill could easily sway the jury's votes onto her side if she she just could take Johhny " the not-so-fairplay" Fairplay in the final. But mistake she did and Sandra deservedly won the USD 1 million.

I would love Rupert to win.. but Sandra will do.....

As I am writing this, it's 7.17 am Malaysian time in my PC clock. I've got Auditor's meeting at 8.00 am, then I'll be having the oppurtunity of a life time to finding faults (smile..smile) in two departments starting at 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.

So there you go again, second day of writing nothing.....

Enough said!

I am really pissed off. I am in the land of pissed off. In fact I am not in the mood today. Enough said that my Assistant Engineer was doing such a blunder job yesterday. A blunder that could not be mend easily. What made it double pissed off - I wasn't in the office yesterday, being away for the training the whole day.

Now I am really pissed off. I was going to write something good today but since I am pissed off, nothing ever come out...

Now, I better go before I'm making every body pissed off. PEACE...

This Is Your Birthday Present, Mum!

Only it comes a bit late.. Err.. err.. a bit too late, actually. Mum's birthday is in June but my birthday present for her is in December... You must be thinking I am an infallible son, a no good boy.. "ANAK DURHAKA!!!!!!" err.. err..

Well, there was this birthday cake and little celebration back in June but that was it. So I intended to give a little bit more surprise to her. Anyway, without her, I would not even been born to this world. Heck.. You wouldn't even know if John Norafizan ever existed.. hehehehe

The present is in the shape of holiday to Riau, Indonesia. Me and the whole family plus my Aunt's family plus some older relatives (from PONTIAN) who'll serve as our "tourist-guide" to find our roots there. So basically all the tickets will be sponsored proudly by me... (err.. err.. come on now.. boss when will we get our bonuses this year? Damn!)

Actually, there are two purposes of this holiday, one is to do shopping and the other is to meet our long-lost relatives there. Although dad's coming (and my uncle too) which simply translate to all financial back-up during our stay here(errr.. sorry dad but I'm still your sweet little boy!!!!!!), I would still give mum lots of money (lots in the sense of lots of money, that is!!) for her to spend to her likings during our visit in Riau later.


So when will we be going there? we'll be going from the 21.12.03 to 29.12.03. But prior to that, I'll be going to KL on the 19.12.03 for the LORDS OF THE RING MARATHON MOVIE. Dashed off with the speed of lightning the next day to JB and then hurrily go to Singapore with some friends and return to Malaysia later that night before starting my journey to Riau the following day ie. SUNDAY. Wooosh! Who says life is pretty boring?

I have a hectic schedule ahead.. but for my mum.. It's just gonna be allright!

I miss your conversation!

This cyber friend of mine, we used to talk a lot (through Yahoo Messenger - YM). We would talk about almost everything. In fact, One would presume that we're long-lost friends that have met unexpectedly and tried to relish past memories together.

Only that I havent met her. And our relationships are limited to giving messages either by phones or YM.

...... Hopefully later, when I am least busy, We would talk the way we used to talk before... great conversations and all....

Pirated Cds in Malaysia and the buyers.. lucky I wasn't buying any when they took this picture!!


Guess what? Yesterday was almost unbelievable - My lovely little town of JOHOR BAHRU was mentioned in the BBC world service Radio! Hey! I guess those who listened to it would surely remember it! And it'll be possible that tourism will flourish here and many tourists will come to Malaysia just to go to JOHOR BAHRU (and not the capital city of Kuala Lumpur!).

Why? Because they've mentioned JOHOR BAHRU as the centre of piracy for the whole wide world. Damn!

Wonder why the BBC did'nt tell the listeners - if they really interested in these pirated copies of CDs, DVDs etc. they should go straight to HOLIDAY PLAZA shopping centre once they've landed in SENAI Airport.

That's the best place to get the latest movies that has not even been released in the US yet. It's the piracy world of its own.. It's the planet of illegal compact discs..

And the centre of the debates was about this latest windows operating system called LONGHORN )due to be released in 2006, note that!!!) that still in the pre-beta version. Meaning - it is almost to the point of useless if not dangerous if you try to install it in your computer.

But ironically, they've already sold it in JOHOR BAHRU market for about RM 6 or RM 5 if you are regular customers. (about USD 2 dollars).

I know we hate Bill Gates and Microsoft stuff but it should've not happened this way. It's disgracing to our country.

Which reminded me that we ourselves are the ones that buy these pirated things. Go have a survey and you'll find out that at least there is a copy of pirated CDs or DVDs in almost 99% in every house in Malaysia!!!!

And about the news yesterday, I almost wish that I could just press the CONTROL ALTERNATE DELETE buttons on people minds so that they wouldn't remember about Johor Bahru being the centre of pirated Cds.....

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch and Ouch again!

Ouchhh! Next time I wouldn’t make any promise which I couldn’t fullfil. I know, I know.. I suppose to write something starting from the 1st of December and that was yesterday. But the keyword, “writing something” has made me thinking, I din’t have THAT something to write yesterday. Virtually, I have nothing to jot down in my blog yesterday.

Which made me think again, Is it suffice just to write anything in the blog as long as you are WRITING something?

So that you could be proud of your self because you have written 30 articles within 30 days without failing?

Which made me think again, Is it not it what Diaries are for and Blogs are basically an online diaries?

Which made me think again for the fourth time, diaries are personal matter, a unique expression of individualism so it’s up to the owner to do whatever he sees appropriate to his diary without taking other people’s considerations.

Which eventually go back to my breaking-up the promise of writing a blog yesterday, which was allright er.... er.. I think! (hehe! just a rude joke!)

But HONESTLY, I am SO SORRY for not writing any.. HONEST!

Well, I can’t go any further today but my SORRY sincerely goes to YAZ and WKDIN for not able to meet them during HARI RAYA last week. We went to Segamat THAT particular night and I left my hand phone in the car intentionally because there was only one bar of batteries left and I didn’t bring any charger plus nobody around using Nokia. Hope Yaz will not curse me for that......
